"Why
do I say this is the best NY computer repair place. Their blatant
honesty. I came into their shop with an Macbook Air that had what I
thought was a hard drive problem. They diagnosed it and said the hard
drive is fine and can recover it. They followed up this diagnostic by
suggesting that it is probably still under warranty, and to go to the
Apple Store to use my AppleCare warranty to fix the logic board. What I
still can't believe is they skipped a sale and making money off of me
for the benefit of saving me the expense. They could have told me I
needed data recovery and I would have listened by paying whatever
amount requested. Instead, they were honest and told me to save my
dough and just get the warranty repair. I'm pleasantly shocked and can
say they have seriously set the bar for other computer repair shops."

was only in the city for a few hours and wanted to get my Sony laptop
fixed before I went home for the weekend. My problem was that my
computer was very slow and sometimes couldn't boot up. I've never been
to a computer repair shop before so I called a few places. This one was
the only shop that was very friendly and down-to-earth on the phone.
And when I came in their pricing and timing where exactly as stated on
the phone. I told them I needed to have it done with a few hours which
I understood was very pushy. But, they courteously said no problem -
we'll accomodate you. And they did. I'm sharing the good cheer about
this shop with all my friends and family. It is rare to find such
friendly, reasonable, and a company that follows through with their

Gateway desktop crashed and I needed to get some important powerpoint
files off for a work presentation. I shopped around and was quoted
ridicously - $1,000 minimum at one place and $1,200 - 2,000 at another

according to the severity of damage. I really don't care what the

DATA on the disk drive was worth more than my computer. I was feeling a
lot of stress and I really needed to know whether I could get the
