How does our employment process work?

New York Computer Help conducts a very rigorous and specialized selection process for hiring technology support staff.  We demand excellence from our team members so the interview process is not for the faint of heart.  First, we’ll qualify your skill set and position desired.  Based on your experience, we’ll put you to the test by asking you situational questions to see what your are proficient in.

Then, a series of in-person interviews will be performed, assessing personality, experience, skill sets, and if you have the passion for tech as well as satisfying customers.

If you pass the in-person interview process, you will be enlisted on a trial basis to ensure your actual work matches your discussed qualifications.  We want to make sure you’re the real deal.  In turn, we want to make sure there is a solid match, one where both parties are happy.
