To export your Outlook contacts to Excel, perform the following steps:
- Open Outlook
- Click on File-> Import and Export
- Export to a File
- Microsoft Excel 97-2003
- Select your Contacts folder in Outlook
- Browse and select where you want to copy your contacts to
- You can map what contact fields should correspond to excel fields
- Click Finish
