Apple has launched new iMacs! Why should you buy one? If you want more speed and even better graphics, throw down the $1,200 and get one.
Let’s get down to the new iMac features:
- More power – Intel Core i3, i5, & i7 give dual- core processing of 3.6GHZ to quad-core 2.93 speeds
- Crisper graphics with the ATI Radeo HD 256MB- 1GB video processing
- SSD option – 27″ models have 256GB solid state hard drive option as primary or secondary drive.
- More space and speed – you may configure up to 2TB storage and 16GB of RAM. Not bad!
Pricing ranges from $1,200 – $2,000. The other previous specs are included, such as the iSight video camera, 8x SuperDrive with DVD-RW, wireless 802.n, gigabit ethernet, Firefire port, 4 USB ports, and the wireless Apple Keyboard and Magic Mouse. The AppleCare warranty is purchased separately.
The tech support to set up your new mac is fairly straightforward and doesn’t require a Mac tech unless you have complicated e-mail conversions or file transfers.
