Worst-case computer repair scenarios – The Real College Guide interviews Joe Silverman

The inevitable computer crash does happen.  But, do you know the best and cheapest way to handle it?  That’s the same question I got from Nancy Mucciarone from Syracuse University.  I thought long and hard about the typical computer issues posed:

• How do you speed up your computer?
• How do you quiet your computer’s strange noises?
• Can you recover a lost document?
• How do you stop your computer from freezing or overheating?
