How to switch from Android to iPhone – Prepare for iPhone from Android

So, you’ve finally decided to ditch you Android for the coveted iPhone.  Wise move.  I’m here to help you with a few easy steps to get comfy with your new Apple supported gadget.

Here are the iPhone setup tips:

  1. Go Google.  Set up your iPhone with Google Sync so your Gmail, Contacts, Docs, and Calendar are all synced.  Using Google is the easiest way to stay up to date like on your computer.  Just download iPhone Google Sync application for your iPhone.
  2. Got music?  Use iTunes.  iTunes is the best way to sync your songs from your iPhone and PC or Mac.
  3. Go apps.  Apps are much better on the iPhone than the Android.  Most likely, that’s why you made the switch.  Enjoy!
  4. Navigation?  Go and search for one through the app store.  You’ll miss your free voice-enable navigation from your Android, but now you have dozens to choose from.

Embrace your iPhone.  You’ll be glad you made the switch.  After all, the Android is a good, but there’s nothing like the iPhone!  Plus, you don’t have to be an iPhone expert to set it up.
