The Kindle is more than just for reading books, and Amazon is looking to further prove that with its new Kindle Fire. It is due to be released by November with its 1280 x 800 sharper screen. Its current screen is listed only at 1024 x 600 pixels. It will also be thinner and lighter.
Let’s get to the details of the new Kindle Fire. What is different with this one?
- Lighter and thinner
- Built-in camera
- Better resolution with 67% pixel increase
- Faster processor
- Newer Android operating system
As always, we must compare the latest tablet to Apple support‘s unique iPad. The new iPad is still double the amount of pixels and resolution quality. That really says it all. But, don’t count out the Fire just yet as Amazon is the content king when it comes to tablet book subscriptions. Plus, it is rumored to be priced at $149, a $50 decrease from its predecessor. Well, that all sounds find and dandy for Amazon until Apple service comes out with the iPad 8-inch mini that will debut at $300 and then totally take over the tablet IT service market.
