Wishing you and your family a very happy, healthy, safe, and prosperous 2014. I’d like to genuinely thank all of our customers, friends, and families for your dedicated support and loyalty. Your continued trust in our company and passionate technical staff allows us to keep doing what we love, touch lives while learning up to-the-minute tech products and support. We all love helping people and use our passionate of technology to drive that aim.
We had another positive year full of growth. We added a few more onsite technicians, including a couple of business network specialists and an email server expert. Plus, we added two in-house techs to support our longer hours of 8am – 8pm in the week and 9am – 5pm on weekends. On the tech front, we continue to repair and support all PC’s and Macs as well as all iOS devices, including iPhone repairs and iPad repairs. We expanded our phone and tablet repairs to include Samsung Galaxy, Nexus, HTC, and other Android systems. Also, we expanded our lab recovery department to include a full range of support for all RAID server and external hard drive along with our typical hard drive and external hard drive recoveries.
