If you didn’t have a chance to fly to Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), don’t worry, I’ll get you up to speed. The show had a handful of innovative gadgets, including a bendable TV which stole the show.
Here are the top gadgets from the CES show:
- Samsung’s 105-inch curved TV and 85-inch bendable HDTV – You can switch from a flat screen for Internet browsing to a bendable or curved TV for movies. 4x the pixels of a regular HDTV
- Jarvis’ personal secretary handset – The Siri-like handset allows you to make doctor’s appointments, dinner reservations, and update your calendar. Yes, it’s revolutionary as a bluetooth handset, but we all have iPhones and Samsung Galaxy smartphones, don’t we?
- Virtual reality gaming – There were a bunch of companies that looked to break into this field, but YEI stood out with its exoskeleton full-body suit that was paired with Oculus Rift googles. With both, you can literally be in the game!
Don’t expect a quick technology setup for these gadgets. They’re bleeding edge and still in beta models.
