I noticed this sign when buying paper and ink, the two things Staples is really, well, worth making the trip for. I questioned them of course the normal questions: Can I fix my iPhone now? Manager’s answer: Our iPhone guy will only be in tomorrow. He just finished a one-month training session. My thought: one month?? Our phone repair guys have real-world experience of at least 7-8 years and you’re allowing people to work on real phones with no actual experience?! Are the parts original? No, they are grade A. My thought: That means there will be imperfections in the screen. Is there a warranty? Yes, one year. My thought: Well, that’s good because you’ll certainly need it between the inexperienced techs and shoddy parts.
