In a rush and don’t have time for a computer repair. What can you do?

You need your computer fixed, but don’t have the time.  Who has time nowadays? So, what’s a rushed computer user to do?

There are options, don’t worry.  If you don’t have the time, plan your computer service visit so you won’t miss a beat.

Here are the options to take if you have no time for a computer repair:

Got a phone? Call for delivery!

Yup, there are some computer repair shops that know you may not have the time and offer a computer pick-up service.  Make sure they will handle your location as this is typically a local service, such as an NYC computer service pick-up and messenger service.

Got a broken laptop screen or another failing part?  Plan for two visits.

Don’t have the time or can’t leave your laptop in a shop to wait for a replacement part?  Plan to leave a deposit for the replacement part and take your laptop or computer with you.  Then, return for a follow-up visit when the part arrives.  You should confirm the computer repair shop can fix your computer as soon as you bring back your computer so you’re not out of pocket for too long.

Arrange a visit if you’re tied to your office or home.

Yup, arrange a house call.  Or an office visit.  Schedule a computer repair visit.  Don’t have time to speak to someone?  Look for a company who will allow you to schedule a computer technician visit online without even picking up the phone.

If you’re not tech savvy, please, I repeat, please, don’t starting messing around on YouTube for answers.  We have many customers walking through our doors, tails between their legs, with a sheepish look of YouTube guilt.  Don’t fall into this trap.  If you’re a tech, great.  Fix your own computer.  If not, let someone more experienced do it.  It’s plain and simple.  And then you can plan the outlined ways to do it if your short on time.
