But, now we are going a step above by performing all hardware repairs and upgrades at customer locations. Solid State Drive (SSD) Upgrade
Speed up your hard drive and total performance by upgrading your current drive. We will image your current drive so all files and programs remain intact.
Glass Replacement
If you have a cracked glass, we will replace it for you.
RAM upgrade
Another way to speed up your operations. Have us boost your RAM speed.
iMac repair
Something not working
Slower than normal? Freezing? All of the “not sure why my iMac is acting this way” will be happily diagnosed and serviced as well.
As for parts, we’re flexible. You can buy the parts yourself or you can coordinate with us to procure the parts for you. Whatever your comfort level is, we’ll go along for the ride.
Wait, can’t Apple or the Genius Bar do this? Nope, I have checked repeatedly over the years including just before posting this blog. Apple will not repair iMacs at customer locations. Apple will not repair iMacs in the Apple stores. Apple will not repair iMacs through business accounts. In sum, Apple will not repair any iMacs, period! So, we’re pretty much the only iMac repair company in NYC who will do what we do. By the way, we also repair all Macbooks onsite at offices as well.
