The newest Samsung Galaxy mobile phone is being released and it’s one of the best Android devices we’ve seen, giving Apple a run for its money. With a battery lasting longer than its predecessor the S22 and the S23 Ultra boasting its main camera having a 200-megapixel sensor, Samsung has truly outdone themselves with their newest line of phones. The S23 has 3 models, the 6.1-inch Galaxy S23, the 6.6-inch Galaxy S23+, and the 6.8-inch Galaxy S23 Ultra. In this article, we’ll be focusing more on the S23 Ultra since it features the best options out of the 3 models.
Camera
The S23 Ultra showcases the best camera on an Android device by far and has 4 of them just like the S22 but with a significant difference. Its main camera has a resolution of 200-Megapixels compared to the S22’s 108, for high-resolution shots and low-light. It also comes with an Adobe editing program that lets you edit your images at a pro level on the fly. The other cameras are a 12-mp Ultrawide camera and two 10-mp cameras. The greatest feature of these cameras is when images are shot in low-light which is important when it comes to photography.
Battery
The battery life is also the best we’ve seen on any Android device so far. Although it has the same size battery as the S22, due to the new processing power and optimization from the new Generation 2 Snapdragon 8 processor, the battery life outlasts any Android device in the market today. While battery life is still due to its everyday use whether capturing video or gaming on the go, it still far exceeds its predecessors and competitors alike. Although still comparable to the battery life of the iPhone 14 Pro, it’s the best option for consumers that prefer the Android over the iPhone.
Conclusion
Samsung has priced their new phones the same as when the S22 was released giving it an attractive replacement for consumers looking to replace their older phones. The S23 Ultra can also be expanded to 1TB of storage rather than the original 256GB, making it a device that you can use for years to come and storing image and video sizes that were not attainable on older devices. Preorders are available now as the official release for all carriers were announced for February 17, 2023.
