First of all, from the bottom of our hearts and our families to yours, we sincerely hope you and your loved ones are healthy, safe, and in good spirits during this continued COVID-19 pandemic.

As an essential provider, we have taken pride in being able to support you for remote work and your kids’ virtual learning from the sad inception of COVID. We will continue supporting you and your families.

Just touching base to first of all confirm that. We are fully committed always to being there for your tech needs. We see it as our responsibility to our current loyal customers as well as New York City as a whole. That’s the reason we opened our doors in 2000, to provide the best, customer-service friendly, tech support for NYC.

We continue to sanitize our operations multiple times throughout the day. We also wipe down customer’s computer for extra safety. Social distancing, barriers, masks, gloves, and safety practices continue to be followed.

Now more than ever, we realize that if there’s a tech issue, there’s a lot more on the line. Remote work doesn’t get performed. School work and and remote learning can’t happen. More importantly, we lose a little bit of our sanity when we cannot connect to the Internet. So, we get it. We can and will continue to help.

An overwhelming demand for us to open back on Sundays has been made. As such, we will in the next few days do just that! More people are unavailable during the week due to remote work and school. So, we realize weekends are more precious than ever. Plus, we understand folks are limiting walking outside due to COVID and make weekends in many cases these opportunities. As such, be on the look out for our hours extending to Sundays. We may play with the schedule to see how it pleases you guys so bear with us for any changes here and there. You can find our updated hours on our website, Yelp, and Google.
