Forbes asks New York Computer Help to review the new iPad’s performance

How has the iPad 3, a.k.a. new iPad, fared so far?  That’s what Forbes asked me regarding their initial sales and if Apple has hit any real competition yet.

In general, the Apple support team put out a quasi iPad 2 that should have been called the iPad 2S.  Similar to how the iPhone 4S expanded upon the iPhone 4, this is exactly what the iPad 3 is.  Apple tried to fool the masses with it’s “new iPad” name, but that psychological tagline shouldn’t fool the most beginner of computer support users.  The new iPad looks like the iPad 2 with screen and speed improvements.

Yes, the iPad 3 did well in its initial weekend and beyond, but I don’t think it is a must-have product for consumers.  Too see why, you can read the full Forbes article, New iPad Takes 5% of All iPad Traffic.  Is that Good or Bad?
