What’s the process?
1. Fill out the below form.
Complete the form. You’ll be emailed confirmation of your form. Print this email out and include this form in your box along with your device.
2. Ship out your box.
You’re responsible for getting your device to us. That includes payment and safely packing it so it gets to us in one piece. Address to ship to is:

3. Receive a free diagnostic.
Upon receipt, we’ll create a ticket during the intake process. You’ll receive an e-receipt of this. Then, expect a free diagnostic, relaying the cost for your approval before we begin the repair.
4. Device is repaired.
Upon approval, we’ll repair your device. You’ll receive a message when it’s completed.
5. Payment is due.
You’ll receive an invoice via email through our ticketing system. Pay the repair charge online. The return shipping, if owed, will also be included.
6. Return shipping is calculated.
Good news, if you have your device repaired, the return shipping is free! If you decide to decline the repair, the return fee is $25. Heavier, larger equipment may carry extra costs as deemed by the carrier.
Important shipping notes:
Only ship the whole device, not parts.
We do not accept just motherboards or logic boards or other failed parts. We’ll require the whole computer or device to work with.
Only ship if within the United States.
This is a nationwide service. We will happily service any state. If you are international, please do not ship to us. Apologies but international shipping costs are too high and customs and paperwork are too time consuming.
