Drop-off / Walk-in computer repairs receive a free diagnostic, relaying the exact flat fee cost for your approval. We will need to see it first before being able to provide the exact rate. Onsite computer service visits are based hourly and on the level of service.
How long do drop-off repairs take?
All computer repairs are performed in the same day brought. We know you need your computer back fast and are committed to providing swift service. iPhone repairs take 20 – 30 minutes and iPad repairs take 1 – 3 hours.
Is there a wait time for onsite service requests?
Absolutely not! We have a team of 25 onsite technicians so we can accommodate all last-minute requests for the same day. We realize it’s a hassle when your computer or IT network is not functioning normally. So, we are ready to dispatch one of our qualified computer IT experts to you as soon as possible. Typically, you’ll see a technician at your home or office within 1 – 3 hours.
Where are you located?
53 East 34th Street in NYC. We are located between Park and Madison Avenues. You’ll find us on the 3rd floor. If you still can’t find us, we are to the right of Dunkin’ Donuts. Just look for the number 53 on the building and that’s us! Then, you can buzz into the building through the electronic directory by arrowing down once to see our name, New York Computer Help, and pressing the doorbell button. By subway, the 6 train will get you to 33rd and Park, a block away from us. You may also take the B/D/F/M/N/Q/R to 34th and 6th (Herald Square) or A/C/E/1/2/3 to to 34th and 7th/8th (Penn Station).
Do you offer a warranty with your service?
Yes, 60 days for computers and 6 months for smartphones and tablets. That being said, feel free to ask us questions or bring up follow-up issues beyond that time as well. We are not sticklers with warranty dates, and want to ensure you are satisfied with our service and your computer. Further, if we cannot fix your computer or if you are not satisfied with our service, you are not obligated to pay. We are committed to you being 100% satisfied with our repair service.
