How to organize your computer cables / cords / ethernet / plugs

%image_alt%Scattered and disorganized cables are just a stressful sight.  A sight for sore eyes is usually the best description.  Instead of going to Staples or getting the typical cable organizers, I’ll present a few different, unorthodox ways to control your computer cable situation.

Here are my top choices to untangle your computer cords:

  1. CD-R spindle – Got any loose cords?  This works nicely and doesn’t take too %image_alt%much room.
  2. The Grid-It – Go to Amazon and by the Cocoon Innovations cable organizer.
  3. Cable Monkey – Use a monkey to clamp your cables.
  4. CableDrop Cable Clips – ThinkGeek makes these nice and neat with no clutter.
  5. Cordies Cable Organizer – Got USB’s and ethernet cables to plug in?  This holds them easily on your desk for you.

These cable organizers are cost efficient and the tech setup is easy.  No instructions are needed although they’ll be provided.  You can use these cables for your Mac setup or PC setup.
