New iPod touch is out. It comes with an iSight rear camera and starts at $199. Do we really need to pay for a cellular connection any longer? Who needs to pay a monthly phone contract when an iPod touch can call and text via apps? It’s almost like a cheap way to buy a smartphone without the 2-year expensive contract. Don’t get me wrong, I like the added feature here, but feel like we are blurring the lines with which device to buy. The iPod is now an iPhone without a cell connection.
