YouTube for kids. The good: you can set a timer for kids and ensure they are not checking out adult videos and graphic language. The bad: kids are smart enough to find ways around it. Plus, is this just one step closer to controlling the Internet? Do other popular sites have to initiate a kids-section also? We are in a gray area now of how we can protect kids on the Internet. I’m all for this, but we should have a consistent law across all sites, protecting kids against all threats. Good job to YouTube for taking the lead.
